No Gi Wrestling


Ages 15 and up

All skill levels, 60 - 90 minutes

In the no gi class, students use modified holds and grips to maintain position and apply submissions. Classes start with a short warm up followed by application of technique, and end with rolling. Depending on the day, some Jiu Jitsu themed games or team challenges are introduced. The class may also include drilling and some additional strength and conditioning activities designed to increase fitness, strength and stamina.
