Private Sessions

All skill levels, 30, 45 or 60 minutes

For those who want individualised coaching, or a more flexible schedule, private tuition offers both. Sharpen your skills and work on specific techniques during a private session. Classes can include self defence training, Gi instruction or no Gi instruction, depending on what you're after, and feature exercises to improve stamina and strength. These sessions are also great if you're training for competition and want to get that edge.
